In my opinion I think the 90's were a great time for Rock. I don't know if this wil mean musch to you or for anyone that reads this but. I know of this one band that has that style of music, like if they were trying to bring that old sound back & take it through a different Evolution process of it. Well the name is "Answers In Red" www.myspace.com/answersinredmusic
Check them out. May be you would probably like them to. I thought it was such a strange bill, because at that time, when I thought of Voivod, I would think of War and Pain and Killing Technology, not Nothingface. I remember 98% of crowd leaving after Soundgarden. The poor bastards in Voivod are the headliners and looking out at a previously full club and seeing fifteen schlubs (myself included) staring at them and expecting "Ripping Headaches" and not their "progressive" new direction.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3273126442475794090.post-74450756634404574512009-05-16T16:32:00.000-04:002009-05-16T16:32:00.000-04:00If your friend Aaron was black and racist against ...If your friend Aaron was black and racist against black people, he was Dominican for sure. I'm not sure which frontman is now the biggest cockmongler. Axl turned into Howard Hughes with Chuck Billy cornrows, James became the real life Cletus the Slack-Jawed Yokel from The Simpsons, and Cornell is now a 40-something Justin Timberlake wannabe with a hideous grandma perm and a Kirk Hammett dirt 'stache.
