Metal Inquisition Investigative Report: Metal Real Estate (Part 4)

As I've stated before, one unfortunate aspect of metal is the lack of information about the earnings of metal musicians. In sports, for example, this type of information is often public. Why not in metal? I have long asked for complete transparency in the realm of metal...but my calls to Steamhammer records have gone unanswered, so too have my faxes to Wild Rags. It's for this reason that we here at Metal Inquisition have decided to roll up our sleeves and once again check into these matters the only way we know how. Real estate.

It just so happened that as we were starting this investigation, a fantastic email from a reader who lives in the same town as Manowar came into our mailbox. The email featured all kinds of fantastic insight as to what it's like to be at ground zero of the Manowar epidemic. Notice that I use the term "ground zero", which is often used in the context of 9-11...because in a way, Manowar itself is a good bit like a musical 9-11.

Manowar...pioneers in homoerotic attire since 1980.

As with all information we publish, we had to be thorough in checking out just how factual the reader's information was. As it turns out, it all checked out in multiple ways...and thank god for that. As a result of his email, our readers will now have a more thorough picture of what it's really like to be in and around Manowar. Prepare yourself...you are moments away from reading about how the KINGS OF METAL really live their lives. It's gonna' be a bumpy ride. Get ready.

FACT #1:
Joey DeMaio lives in the basement of his parents' house in Auburn NY

I know, it's not hard to believe at all. Actually, it's barely shocking...but knowing that it's actually true is simply fantastic. It's a bit like when the gay community found out that Rosie O'Donnell was actually a lesbian. They already knew about it...but having it out in the open gave them all the ability to finally move on.

This is the house Joey lives in. It's worth $190,000. As before, our non-American readers can convert this amount, and other amounts in this article, into their own currency here. Yes, it's out of the basement of this house that Joey runs his musical empire. Maybe when his parents move away or retire in Boca, he'll inherit the house. Could that be his sweet Ford Probe out front? Nothing says "metal" like a fifteen year old American coupe with four cylinders that puts out a "meh" inducing 110 horse power. By the way, look at all the weeds growing in and around the driveway...Joey's mom is going to be pissed! Joey better get out there and do some weeding...pronto! I can hear her saying "Joey, I don't care if you are the King Of Metal. You better be the King Of Weeding, go out there and take care of that driveway!"

Who's that sexy Italian beast wearing the karate uniform? And what about that Casio watch and platform shoes? It's the one and only king of metal of course! He probably keeps this amazing outfit in a closet at his mom's house. Mom threatens to throw it out during every spring cleaning...and Joey flips out each and every time.

As much of a pain as it probably is to have a leech like Joey living in your basement, he also happens to be a nice Catholic boy. Oh yes indeed. Joey is a member of the Knights Of Malta, a catholic order of some kind with a very confusing history. Check out Joey wearing some sweet robes. He looks like an aging, upstate New York, Italian dracula:

Can you imagine being Joey's mom, and seeing him in his dracula robe, or his furry armor sneaking fat 19 year old girls down into the basement? The woman is a saint.

Here we see Joey with his parents, who no doubt cry themselves to sleep over what a joke their pathetic son has turned out to be. See the microwave oven in the back? That's where Joey's mom has tried to put her head during numerous suicide attempts.

Regarding Joey, our reader states:

I have the great misfortune being from the same shithole town as Manowar. One of the perks of living here, though, is that I can get close looks at Joey DeMaio's thinning, dyed hair as he shops for broccoli at the local grocery store. You see dudes wearing Manowar shirts around town all the time. Guys of that age probably went to high school with them, and knew them before they were 'rock stars'. I can imagine how things were in the early 80's when all the local scumbags were into metal. Now, things have changed all of their illegitimate children are a bunch of wiggers. I don't know what's worse.

FACT #2: Karl Logan wears a fanny pack, and gives guitar lessons to 11 year olds.

I know, I know...these are not exactly revelations, but aren't you grateful to know these things are actually true? Our reader also filled us in on the fact that Karl lives in this house (see below), which he rents. Since he rents, I wont bother giving you the price...but looking at the picture, I think you'll agree that you could probably trade a bag of potatoes for it.

The building where Karl Logan lives, which was previously Manowar's practice space. What did you expect...a castle with torches and a mote?

Our reader tells us more:
Karl Logan is the local guitar teacher and lives in some shitty old building that Manowar used to rehearse in. He drives a beat up pickup with "9/11 was a lie" bumper stickers on it. Did I mention he wears a fanny pack everywhere? Living here, I get to see Karl pulling cash out of the fanny pack he wears everywhere to pay for his coffee (dude kinda reminds me of Mantas in that laugh-out-loud funny looking kinda way).

FACT #3: Eric Adams works construction to make ends meet

I know, I know...you probably figured that this was the case. I wish I lived in Auburn so I could have Eric Adams come and do the drywall in my basement. I would blast Manowar upstairs as he huffed and puffed carrying sheets of drywall down the steps. Can you imagine? It would be amazing. Mr. Adams lives in a modest home. A VERY modest home that costs $69,000.

Look above the door, at least the guy has satellite TV. Good for him. I guess you could call this "the house that being the King of Metal built", or "the house that singing at children's parties built". Either will do.

As pointed out by one of our readers, Eric also teaches archery classes at the local Bass Pro Shop. You can read about his hunting abilities in the local news sources here. Eric also seems to perform music at children's festivals. But don't judge him, I'm sure he performs a catalog that is very high in metal content.

Much like a dead bird's feathers which loose their luster after the years, Eric's hair appears to loose both its pizzazz and its hair dye when he's not on the road. What the hell kind of hair color has his plumage faded down to? Is he trying to blend into the surroundings as part of his camouflage? I can't believe he gets away with hunting when he lives so close to Syracuse. If Karl Crisis hears about this, there's gonna' be trouble.

Our reporter on the street tells us:

I get to eavesdrop on Eric Adams' (real name Lou Marullo, his stage name is a combination of his kids' names) tales of glory at recent European festivals, while watching high school football games. Eric lives in a small house, right next door to a metal foundry on some depressing little street. Perhaps that's where they get their swords made. He does construction work on his off time from the band, which probably equates to 11 months a year. One of his kids is in a joke cover band called Motley Crouton that plays the shithole bars around here.

Sweet 'stache Eric...now go do my drywall!

If you want to go further into the world of all things Manowar, check out Eric's son's MySpace page here. You can also check out his band's page here.

In closing:
Do any readers have any input about other metal demi-stars, their monetary earnings or real estate holdings? Let us know.

Also, if the reader who sent us this email, or any other resident of Auburn can send in pictures of Eric carrying drywall, or Joey buying broccoli...you'll get many, many thanks from us, and the entire world. The only guy who won't thank you will be this 17 year old who just got inked. Imagine his surprise when he figures out that he makes more money bagging groceries part-time than Joey does. Ouch.

In the past, postings about Machine Head and Rob Flynn's Disease (RFD for short) got us an insane number of page views, mostly from angry fans. Our posts also initiated heated, angry diatribes in Machine Head boards. Let's see what this post does to Manowar fans. I can't wait.

  1. He might be short, but he has sold 9 million albums and played live infron of even more people. Eric might be short but his physical apperance still makes most other men jealous. At least I wouldnt mind having the muscles and the vocal cords of Mr. Metal King.

You haters make me sick, go do something useful with your life instead of complaining and bitchin on people who have changed an entire genre.

  2. Who the hell cares if members of Manowar live with parents or what the value of the house in which they live? Who the fuck cares? The fool who wrote this is a big loser, who goes crying and writing crap, you're a loser, get a job, asshole .. If you don't like Manowar .. FUCK YOU !!!

  3. First of all your an ass. Second of all if you are on tour 10 months out of the year why would you live anywhere else. At least he is dedicated to his family. That's a quality not many people have. Jealous are you. Get a life!

  5. This article sheds more light on the writer than the subject, and what that light unveils is pretty sad. No matter what, Joey DeMaio is still Joey DeMaio, while you're obviously a pathetic loser who lives to criticize others that are obviously better than you'll ever be.

  6. Mr or Mrs Anonymous above me, are you joking? Nice and down to Earth guys? They are the most arrogant jerks I have ever met from all the metal and rock bands. They´re in fact ONLY jerks form all musicians I´ve ever met, and I met many.
They never let their fans to take photos with them. DeMaio´s silly excuses:"If I took a photo with you, other fans would want a photo too." WTF?! Other fans who are already gone. Other fans who didn´t even come. If you´re waiting for hours in the fucking rain, you deserve something special!
But they can always take photos with their retarded silicon-peroxide groupie whores. That says enough about them!

  7. Respect to Manowar whatever their financial situation, you on the other hand seem to be a selfrighteous cunt. Hope you had fun writing the article though and ''getting reactions'' hehehehe snicker gobble swallow

  8. So... for a band that's living in hotels for ton of dates on the calander, why do they need to buy some McMansion just so some snarky turds won't make a blog post about it.

Americans getting into debt and being house poor or over spending is clearly something Manowar is avoiding...Its a house. Its a roof over your head, and it's probably nice inside.

  9. Much better than Manowar, I can assure you, as FW are actually talented. Anyone care to do the research? Honestly, I don't really care about any of this shit, although it would be pretty disheartening to learn that one of my favorite bands was living in squalor.

  10. I just wonder how many metal gangbangs the inquisitor's mother at the center of for them to be so angry. Did that grainy vhs of mama getting bukkaked by warrant set you off? Or was it that time she let Poison train her in the ass and bled all over your bed? Don't cry inqu mama's just having fun with her pretty haired friends.

  11. 9 million albums may sound like a lot, but the band typically gets 10% of the net sales... about a buck an album, and they got to split it 4 ways. So 9 million times 25 cents over 35 years averages out to $75,000 for each band member per year before taxes. Not poverty by any means, but they are still a business and they have to reinvest in said business while keeping a cash reserve for the lean years when sales are weak.

  12. Being from Auburn as well I can imagine that the person responsible for taking the time to reveal this metal minutia to this illegitimate website suffers from the following:

Cocaine addiction, VD, defensive child support hearings, frequent trips to walmart, bad local sailor jerry throat tattoos, mountain dew cavities, e-cigarette addiction, and a penchant for passed out underage girls at parties.

Calling out and revealing the shortcomings of the only noteworthy thing in your small forgettable town is simply pointing out to the world that you are in fact a small piece of why that town sucks.

I look forward to your thrilling article about Ronnie James Dio not actually being a magician. This is hack garbage.

  13. I grew up in Auburn, New York and remember the day when Joey and his then guitarist Ted got their new guitars. Joey got a Gibson EB3 and Ted a beautiful Gibson "Black Beauty" Les Paul. Whatever happened to his guitarist Ted? I also played guitar, and I was good but not great. I realized that good get's you nothing. I still play but fondly remember the "Good Old Days." Nice to see a home towner make it.

  17. I do not understand why we are looking into the private lives of musicians and not spending our time listening to their music. Not everyone has to like every form of music. I personally like Manowar, however, from a rational and neutral point of view, we really shouldn't care whether they are ragpickers, babysitters, grocers or kings. If you like their music, listen to it, enjoy it. If you don't, nobody is forcing you to listen to Manowar. Metal is always underground. Posts like these and websites like these make it mainstream, like pop. There's nothing against pop, however, Metal is not for everyone. The way you made fun of them was quite disappointing. I would suggest you to first prove yourself by performing like them and then point your finger if you are so unmodest. Very disappointing. Appalled.

    Regards.

  18. I'm a fan of MANOWAR and not surprised with this article. I don't really know them well personally but I do believe what they do for living in normal life don't mean they can't afford to support their life.

  19. Being a musician is a damned hard way to make a living. You should try it sometime...between el cheapo club owners offering you gigs for "exposure" or trying to weasel out of the initial agreement...it sucks.
I remember reading an article where Tom Araya said he made a little under 70 thousand dollars one year. The injustice that a hack like Justin Beiber is a legitimate millionaire is galling.

  20. Manowar is falling apart. Since Ross left, it was mostly mediocre stuff they put. Karl Logan is bad guitarist also. After final battle tour they're gone. I hope after some time they can get back together, kick out Logan and bring back Ross. It's only way Manowar can rebuild old glory. It's up to you Joey...

  21. Boy does this suck.. Composed a lengthy post about my connection/experience w/all this & before I could finish it, the phone ate it & its gone. New galaxy s8 supposed to be "best in the world"... Yeah right, no better than all the rest of the constantly malfunctioning past phones I've had. I'll try to come back a little later because 1) I'm not a boring hater & 2) I have a very interesting story about auburn & DiMaio (at least I think so. Actually, I guarantee you it's interesting. Stuff I think I never heard before most likely. Damn I hate when you go way back in your memories & tell a story & the phone eats it. Shit.. I'll be back later... My little story goes back to the "beginnings"...

    ReplyDelete
  22. Ok, 1st off, not sure how I wound up here.. The internet is crazy.. You get an idea or a question or a distant memory in your head & now all you have to do is an instant Google & next thing you know you're on a magic carpet
ride.... Something triggered the memory of a name from the past & I googled it to see if I remembered correctly that the name was a rocker from a town I lived in for a long time & then, reading about him, naturally lead me to this blog. Then I remembered my connection/story about the subject of this blog & so I read the whole thing & saw the dates were mostly from 2009 & I kept digging to see if it got anywhere close to the present because I have a little story to tell. I see that the last post was only a few days ago so I'm anxious to chime in. 1st though, I need to say I found the haters pathetic. I'm not a fan of Manowar but I knew of them for a long time. I could care less if they live in humble auburn or if they have money or if it's their own hair & live in parents basements or do construction work or any of that stuff. I care if they are decent humans who are not criminals, who don't perpetuate the worst thing our bright blue ball is infected with...hate, and who do their own thing well and successfully for decades and have lots of dedicated fans, blah blah h, blah, blah... They, rather than sitting on blogs, wasting their time with a NEED to spread hate & discontent, are successful and hopefully contribute to society in a positive way, regardless of how much talent they have or if you like their music or lifestyle. Get a life applies to the haters. Even the ones who are somewhat knowledgeable about the band members, did not add to my interest or enjoyment in reading this blog. Unfortunately, they (their type) can be found on any & all blogs/commentaries. Now I feel dumb for even giving them that much time.

  23. Anyhoo....back to the more positive & interesting....
I spent about 28 yrs in Auburn. I came there about 1970. I'm a couple years older than Joey DiMaio. I was never a drinker so not too much of a bar frequenter, but there were
    obviously "other" things associated w/bars
besides drinking, the main one for me, being live music. (I did do a few beers back then but never been a drinker).
I was approx 19 at the time & there was a bar, a very tiny neighborhood bar on the west side of auburn called "Paulies".
    (CONT"D)

    ReplyDelete
  24. It was actually a small house w/a small bar on the 2nd floor. Not being much of a bar goer (except for one bar where all the "heads" went & which was very cool, and actually used to have a record player playing great rock albums like the doors & zz top etc, all the time. For those who were there then, it was called "The Barrel Inn". It was surely a cool bar at least back in the early to mid 70s. I digress.

    ReplyDelete
  25. The point that is, I only went to that bar. One day I found myself at this little bar Paulies because there was a live band playing. Before that, I had never even heard of the place. It was a bar on top of someone's house for crying out loud, lol. I'll never ever forget the one night I spent at Paulies & if any of you guys know how to get in touch w/Joey DiMaio, please try to alert him to this post as I guarantee it to be a blast from his past, as well as a few select others (the rest of the band he was in and the rest of the bar goers that infamous night. Guaranteed! I have looked every now and then, when I happen to think about it, for anything on the internet in reference to this band but have never found any mention of it.

    ReplyDelete
  26. They might have only been in existence for a couple weeks or months for all I know, but I will never forget their performance. Talk about "bringing the house down", lol, they literally did! The name of the band was "The Subhumans". Ok, so I did alot of "shit" in those days, granted, but I'm positive this is a real memory. I only remember 2 of the members of the band, I guess because of the impression they made on me, plus being from auburn, I think I knew the name of DiMaio already. Actually, since it was so early in the 70s, more likely that I became acquainted w/his name after this little show... Its really hard to describe what transpired that night w/the Subhumans, but what I remember 1st & foremost was Mr DiMaio playing bass. This place was very tiny & we were packed in literally like sardines.
    (CONT"D)

    ReplyDelete
  27. If, by slim chance, someone is successful at alerting Mr DiMaio to read this post and if he actually remembers this night (?) he will corroborate all om saying. There's no need to embellish or exaggerate. I was about 2 feet in front of DiMaio & I was godsmaked by his bass playing. I had never seen nor heard of anyone playing bass like that. The only way I can describe it was unreal, precision lightning speed!it was almost superhuman rather than "subhuman" haha! And as I remember it he made it look effortless. The other guy I recall was the guitarist. Something tells me some of you will know his name for being famous in some other bands later on. His name was Andrew "Duck" McDonald. I think he mightve been French. Not sure. Again, I think it was later on that his name, which I happened to remember, became somewhat well known in rock. The other thing about this show is the volume. All I can say is that it was so loud that 1) I was afraid of the place coming down (like Jericho, lol) and I was certain the cops would be showing up very soon and that's exactly what happened...Remember,this "bar" was just the top floor of a small neighborhood house smack in the middle of a dense neighborhood, not even zoned commercial at all (no other businesses).
    (CONT"D)

    ReplyDelete
  28. It was so loud and hard rocky that the cops came & I'm not positive but I have a vague memory that they asked for the vol to be turned down to a dull roar, but the band and the patrons paid no attention to that & then the cops came and just plain shut the whole affair down. Unbelievably, it was the last show to ever play there after that and I think I remember that shortly thereafter, the house, Paulies, was torn down (building inspector, weakened structure? Lol). It's a true fact though. The Subhumans featuring Joey DiMaio & duck Mcdonald, blew the roof off and listed the place down!! That was the last of Paulies bar. Funny to think about that. I ha r never been able to find any reference to The Subhumans after that but I never have forgotten them or their name. I always joke about the people who work at Subway as being "subhumans" (but they never get it). I'd love it if someone reads this & remembers any of this and posts. Now, 2 ironies about all this. 1) there was another well known Joey DiMaio in Auburn.
    (CONT"D)

    ReplyDelete
  29. The other one was a biker & he used to ride his trike around town with a big American flag on the back flapping g in the wind. He was really a sight to see. I'm pretty sure I have that right. Someone will hopefully corroborate. #2 irony: several years later, I guess around 1980, Manowar formed. They were never my cup of tea but I new about them. I think I might have obtained one of their posters from DiMaio's mother or aunt who worked at a hairdressers on state st although not sure how that came about. I just remember the cool looking poster. Anyway, may e it was a few years later I had a friend who lived on Logan St, a small street near the center of town. I spent a good deal of time at this friend's house. I used to do radio work for him as well. Directly across the street from my friends house on Logan St, was a pretty large warehouse. It had a name but I forget it. I used to hear a band practicing inside. They were pretty loud considering the massive size of this warehouse. I think the band practices like on the 2nd or 3rd floor. At some point I learned that it was Joey DiMaio's band Manowar.
    (CONT"D)

    ReplyDelete
  30. The radio work I refereed to was cb radio & involved amplifiers. The amplifier were illegal to have, but all serious cb'ers had them. I set my friend up w/a 1kw tube linear amp as he loved taking all over the country, "shooting skip", which he the power of the amplifier facilitated. One day, I was there hanging out and I old hear the band practicing. I remember how powerful and almost anthemic the music sounded. Next thing I know is a couple guys from the band or maybe it was just DiMaio, were knocking at my friends door. Turns out that my friend, Dave, already knew Joey well. The irony is that the reason for Joey's visit is that the power of the cb amplifier going out thru the cb beam antenna which I had also built, was "coupling" with the bands w equipment, ie, it was getting into THEIR amplifiers! The sound of my friend & music own voice was getting transferred into their sound system. As it turned out, they were practicing & actually making tapes for a new album (can't remember which album) and Mr DiMaio said we were actually getting into the recordings. So we had to temporarily turn things down or off, power wise. I'll never forget how he said we were actually heard on the recording.
    (CONT"D)

    ReplyDelete
  31. And I always wondered if maybe, just maybe, they left it on there for shits & giggles. I never found out but I like to think I might actually be heard on a Manowar album (ok, I know, prolly not, but hey, ya never know)... You've gotta admit the irony though....loudest band in the world has to ask us to "turn it down", lol. Oh, one other thing I just recalled...rivht around the corner from there was a store that had been converted into a video store. I'm pretty sure that was John Pettigrass, a name I saw in this blog mentioned as having become Manowar's manager. I'm pretty sure it was John Pettigrass. I was pretty well acquainted w/him. The name of the video store was "who's on first". And the store was located inside the lobby of a landmark movie theater. I can't recall the name of the theater at the moment but John (and I think his lawyer brother?) were instrumental in keeping this historical theater from being torn down. There also were a few concerts put on there. I remember seeing the stray cats, the tubes & commander Cody and his lost planet airmen. At this time, the RCA video disc's had just come out and I bought one from John. I never knew that he had become the manager of Manowar. That mustve come about around the last time of my aquaintence w/John. So that's my story & I'm sticking to it. I hope it was interesting to some of you manowarriors. I hope also to hear from anyone who knows any of this story parts of mine. (nowurtalkin222@yahoo.com).
    Cheers

  32. Short update:
I sure hope someone responds.. Anyway, I just come to find out there were/are a couple of other bands called the subhumans, a British punk band from about 1980 and still going & a Canadian punk band from 70s (I think). But the original was the one I described above & I think that was 1970 or 71.

I'm rarely able to keep it short, but I try to do my best to support the length w/commensurate content. In this case I really think there's a lot of neat tidbits included. Like especially, how my friend & I bled our cb rf into the bands practice session & Joey personally coming over to talk to us & ask us to turn our pwr down. I'll never forget that even tho it was approx 37 yrs ago. Of course at the time, we had no idea the band was to become so big. Anyway glad you enjoyed it.

    1. Believes what? Anything on this long blog w/many posts? Is that what your trying to say? Since I've seen several sides & takes expressed in this blog, plus my story about Joey DiMaio, which is neither side. So I suggest if you actually read the entire blog & found nothing true or worthwhile in it, that maybe you should reevaluate your attitude in general.. I have zero doubt in my mind that you will agree wholeheartedly, right? Man, I can still see in my minds eye, back in 1970 or 71 (somewhere around that time) standing there, in that tiny little 2nd floor bar, most likely higher than hell, right next to Joey & saying to myself "it's not humanly possible to play a bass that fast. I truly marveled & they truly brought the house down, as the cops came & shut the whole place down & thst was the end of "Pauley's bar". Will never forget it. I wish someone knew how to get hold of Joey and point my story out to him as he would likely be blown away w/the memory..

  74. So much complaining here! Really, this is a great post for several reasons. Firstly, it shows that rock stars don't always live in mansions. Why does that matter? Because it made me for one feel proud and grateful for my own humble home and my standing in life. I don't think any less of these amazing musicians, but I feel less behind myself as a result. Secondly, it showed me that a lot of the money Manowar rakes in from shows goes into production and touring. Think about it: When last did you and the family go on a trip to a remote country and have to pay for accomodation, food, to get around, etc. It wasn't cheap was it? For these guys and any crew, that money has to come from the shows and shows alone. Album sales don't matter anymore. Thirdly, I dunno, it made me think of how short life is and how we all get older. I loved this series of articles.

    1. I don't know if you or metal inquisition peeps or anyone having anything to do with the original metal blog about manowar, are still here or not. Every once in awhile I check back here to see. Looks like for several years this site was hijacked by real estate jerks.. I don't get it... Back in 2017 I wrote a large piece (broken up into smaller parts) about manowar and my connection with them. I know it was an interesting story because it was about a musical experience years before manowar with Joey dimaio and andréw duck McDonald. No one except a single person so much as acknowledged my article. Furthermore, I have tried several times, in vain, to contact Dimaio or McDonald, so I could ask them if they remember the band from way back that I saw them perform in. I get a headache trying. I saw some duck McDonald site that basiçally said his earliest stuff was with blue cheer or jukin bone or whatever but I saw both these guys perform in my hometown, the same hometown as McDonald and Dimaio, that being Auburn, NY, more than 10 years before McDonald's website lists as his 1st music work.obviously not so, since I saw their band, the subhumans, in a kickass neighborhood show that literally closed the place for good (Paulie's bar). I stood inches away from both of them amazed by Joey's lightning fast bass playing. The cops came and warned it had to be turned down but they were ignored and they came back and shut the place down. You would think that of all the posters here who for years defended manowar, there would've been done interest in the story of that band and that insane show, especially since they are still playing (I think) over 50 yrs later! Bums me out.

  76. Hey Joey DiMaio and/or Andrew Duck McDonald.....where are you? Do you remember that night in Auburn as the Subhumans? I'll certainly never forget it. It had to be sometime between 1970 and 72. Prolly why my hearing was later never the same. That show literally closed that bar forever after. I also remember stopping at your àunts beauty shop a few yrs later to pick up your original manowar poster. I am not crazy. I was there! Doesn't ANYBODY know about this or remember? sheeeesh

  79. This is an early ''fake news'' article from a failed blogspot made by loosers. A blogspot that has clueless and clearly dumb people in the comments who actually believe that they live a bigger life than life than a band which sold 30m albums (DeMaio has a reported net worth of 10m).

Manowar are still going strong, touring Europe at sold-out venues (even though their last album and some EPs kinda suck) while this blog appears to be inactive, cast into
the ''worldwide web oblivion'' and serves only as a monument of stupidity and lack of common sense, and this article and comments will always showcase the stupidity of these people to every unfortunate guy who runs into this pile of internet bullshit of a site.
