Paul Stanely: Stage Banter All-Star

The entire Metal Inquisition staff is committed to finding the very best in stage banter for the enjoyment of all our readers. As such, it was only a matter of time before we put together a multi-media presentation to share the magic that is Paul Stanley on stage. Listen and be amazed by his effeminate antics, his homoerotic commentary and his vaudeville-style black accent. Even if you are not a Kiss fan, this one is a must. Enjoy.

  2. Agreed. The "Rock 'n' Roll Pneumonia" thing was fucking incredible. I've totally got "Rock 'n' Roll Pneumonia" now.

  3. "Rockin' Pneumonia and the boogie-woogie blues" I think is the song title His Effeminateness got it from. Sad to say I liked these bozos back in the seventies. Sheesh.
We need some Danzig stage banter. You know, like when every show someone gives him the finger and he gets the chance to act tough and threaten to "come out there and kick your ass"? I swear I've seen/heard it EVERY show.

  8. "Uzi of ooze" and "Rock n' roll pneumonia" will be used in various conversations by myself with various mall record store staff in the next coming weeks when I ask them for recommendations (it's always fun). Last week I was pointed towards the new Sevendust because it was "totaly fucking heavy". Good times.

  10. A Danzig banter post best be in the pipeline, indeed. Related to that, be sure not to miss out on the beyond classic occurrence on the Misfits' Evilive record, where Doyle takes the time to interpolate death threats to the audience mid-song. He has no time for waiting around.

  11. This is from a single the band Mother Superior put out privately called "Having Fun Onstage with Stanley". The show from the reunion tour in San Bernardino has the MOST amazing raps...

  12. In the beginning pearl hunting was the only means known for harvesting pearls. A little before the start of the 20th century divers manually pulled oysters from ocean floors and river bottoms and checked each one of them individually for pearls.
