Perhaps Chuck is making a statement about racial identity and the complicated nature of race relations in America today. Perhaps he spent a week-long vacation with his wife at a Sandals Resort in Antigua, and got talked into getting his hair braided like so many secretaries have in the past. Maybe he's just lost his damn mind. Gives a whole new meaning to "Souls Of Black". Zing.
